Passive: Divine Resurrection

When Rafaela is killed, she turns into a beam of Holy Light and launches herself at her killer after a 40s delay. This attack deals True Damage equal to 2.5 of the target's Max HP upon hit and can be blocked by other enemy heroes, dealing damage to them instead. This effect won't be triggered if the killer is a non-hero enemy or if they're too far away.
