Phoveus's next Basic Attack charges at the enemy, knocking them back, dealing extra Magic Damage equal to 4%-6% of the enemy's Max HP (scales with level), and gaining a Shield equal to 8%-12% (scales with level) of his own Max HP. This effect has a 26-14s cooldown (based on Infernal Pursuit's level).

Astaros' Gaze: Whenever an enemy hero blinks, dashes, or is displaced within 8 units, the cooldown of Demonic Force will be reduced by 20% and other skills by 0.5s.
