Passive: Siphon Starlium

Ixia's Basic Attacks and skills apply a stack of Starlium Charge to enemies on hit. When Ixia performs a Basic Attack on an enemy with two stacks of Starlium Charge, the attack will consume the stacks and be replaced with Siphon Starlium, dealing (+150% Total Physical Attack) (+200 Lifesteal) plus (+10*Hero Level) Physical Damage to the target. Ixia recovers HP equal to the damage dealt by Siphon Starlium (only 20(+150 Lifesteal)% against non-hero units).
Siphon Starlium can trigger on all enemies in front of Ixia that are within her Basic Attack range, but it cannot Crit.
Ixia's Basic Attacks cannot trigger Lifesteal.

Cyclops	Ixia counters Cyclops primarily due to her strong crowd control abilities and high burst damage potential. Her skillset allows her to easily disable and eliminate Cyclops effectively in most scenarios.
Lolita	Ixia counters Lolita due to her ability to quickly eliminate squishy enemies (Lolita) with her high damage and crowd control skills, such as her Ultimate "Wings of Wrath" which can burst down low health champions like Lolita.
Estes	Ixia counters Estes due to her crowd control abilities and burst damage. Her ultimate silence can prevent Estes from healing allies during crucial moments.
Diggie	Ixia can counter Diggie primarily due to her high mobility and crowd control abilities. Her ultimate skill allows her to stun multiple enemies, making it difficult for Diggie to use his burrow and deal damage effectively. Additionally, Ixia's first skill reduces enemy's attack speed, limiting Diggie's attack rate.
Uranus	Ixia counters Uranus due to her ability to deal high damage and control enemy movement with her skills, while Uranus lacks mobility and has a low attack range.
